RNDT, Inc. is contracted by Extreme Endeavors Consulting in conjunction with the U.S Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board to perform forensic radiographic examination on a valve that is believed to be the source of a fatal convenience store explosion that occurred in Ghent, WV in January 2007.
